My Challenge:
In 2017, in Shine, we committed to sponsor 1,000 children. Last year we supported 50 children. 30 of these are with Compassion International. In November 2017 I went to visit the project in Kenya where the 30 children come from. It was truly impressive. Sponsorship creates opportunity, supports education, increases confidence and makes a real difference. I hope someday to see the next leader of Kenya emerge from one of these sponsored children.

Compassion International is in this for the long haul. One of the first countries they assisted Korea - is now a major donator. From recipient to donor in two generations - pretty impressive.
I want to support young people out of poverty and on to reach their potential.
