Hey everyone!! I am so excited and nervous about running the 2023 London Marathon in aid of Compassion UK.
Running doesn’t come naturally to me but I love it and have done few races. This is my 1st Full marathon and I am determined to cross the finish line on my own two or maybe four limbs ??
I love the work Compassion UK do for children all around the world. Bringing children out of poverty but also helping parents, local communities with learning new skills, support and finance when needed. We have the privilege of sponsoring two beautiful girls in Brazil and giving them a hope for a better future, changing their lives in the name of Jesus. The feeling of pride and excitement of receiving letters from them and watching them grow cannot be put into words.
Running for such an amazing cause is a privilege and a huge blessing.
