I’m a paediatric nurse on a special care baby unit and I absolutely love my job! And I’m so excited to do this!

I want to help in some small way to change the lives of children who are hurting and broken, and if I can do my part and raise money to help on this challenge, then I want to give it my all, and raise as much as possible to help change their lives and be a part of their journey in getting to know Jesus.

I want to do this challenge to push myself out of my comfort zone but ultimately to raise awareness for children’s lives to be changed for the better. I want this to be about them and not about me.

Well done Heidi. I’d love to do it too but may be I’m a bit too old! I have sponsored children through Compassion for some years. It is a really good cause. I hope you get some walking practice in and enjoy!

A wonderful cause and a great challenge too. Didn’t know you were in paediatrics, that’s an incredible career. Half of this is from Dad and we both wish you well and send our love xx
