I'm taking on Compassion's RunONE challenge to raise money for Compassion's 'We Rise As One' Coronavirus appeal. I will be Running for ONE hour each day 23-29 November. Considering I haven't run for a long time and haven't done any pre-training this may hurt! I'll post my runs on Facebook as proof of the runs and that I'm still alive!
