I'm really boring about how much I love fitness, and really passionate about using that to do good.
A week before we travel to Sicily to get married, I'm going on an adventure to release children from poverty.
I'm going to Rwanda to report on Compassion's work in the country, particularly the Child Survival Programme. The programme helps 1,541 mothers and 1,477 children, helping these families and ensuring children are given the best opportunity to strive and thrive during their early-years.
While I'm there, I'm going to be running a half marathon to raise money for the project. Any donations are really appreciated.
I'd also love to encourage 10 of you to consider sponsoring a child. For £25 a month you'll be giving hope - as well as practical support - to one child living in desperate poverty. Compassion sends you photos and the child you're helping regularly writes you letters so you know exactly where your money is going. It takes just a moment to change a life.
While I'm in Rwanda. I will be meeting the child who I'm now sponsoring each month. I can't wait.
