My Challenge:
Over the next three months I will be walking 100km to help raise funds for the completion and equipping of a new youth resource centre being built in Lome, the capital of Togo.
Togo's educational resources are limited. Many young people have inadequate access to books and no internet. As a result, they can’t progress onto higher education and miss out on the stable income that a graduate job secures.

For me this is a challenge that really matters because I sponsor a girl in Togo through Compassion UK. The completion of the youth centre will enable her and many others to have access to computers, online learning and additional books. This will open up fresh opportunities to continue learning and pursue their dreams.
