??ORDINARY PERSON, EXTRAORDINARY LIFE?? Christian, engineer, keen mountain biker, love to cook, prefer to eat! ????????????????

I’m taking part to be part of something far greater than myself!

A Muskathlon is more than just a big race on one day, it defines so much more. A Muskathlon is a journey that sees change and impact we can have on people’s lives that are captive to extreme poverty.

It starts with YES. Having done a Muskathlon before i know what it takes. It takes blood (sometimes), sweat and gears. I want to be fit for purpose and my sweat and perseverance will continue to allow compassion to bring hope and love to those who have so little.

Be fit for purpose;

Yes I could participate in a masochistic mountain biking race at home in the UK, BUT riding abroad is also pretty awesome and I can't wait to see and be part of the work compassion are currently doing in Kenya.

Fundraising generated will provide solar power and lighting for families in rural Kenya. Light that will help children in schools to study, and strive towards a brighter smarter future. A future without poverty. BRIGHT IDEA PUN INTENDED. Simple tasks such as cooking and cleaning will be made safer and easier!

One light costs £62... Just saying... That’s probably the same amount I spend on lunchtime treats and beers every month, things I could probably go with less (not without!) Healthier brighter futures for everyone!

"Kenya ain't that fair away mate" "Fit for purpose" "Get involved" "Brighter future(s)"
