Phil & I live in North Wales on the LLyn Peninsular with our 5 children ranging from ages 8yrs to 25yrs, I run a fitness business & Phil is a Home Improvements guy. We originally come from Manchester but have lived here for 15 years & love it here.
We are doing this Muskathalon because we have sponsored a child through Compassion for 15 years. Her name is Flordeliza she is now 21 yrs & from the Philippines & has done so well in the project that she won a scholarship for her course & will graduate next March. We went to visit her 3 years ago & we were blown away by the support she & her family has received from Compassion the change to her family from struggling to feed & house their children including their mentally & physically handicapped older child to being given hope for their future through their children's schooling & development. Flordeliza's biggest fear was her parents not living long enough to see her graduate. We want to support the work of Compassion as we have seen for ourselves what a difference it makes to sponsor a child & to inspire others to do the same.
