Stirling Scottish Marathon

Take a 26.2 mile tour through Scotland's stunning countryside...

With a new start and finish in the city centre, runners will follow a route past Blair Drummond Safari Park and through Doune, Dunblane and Bridge of Allan where hundreds of spectators lined the route during the 2017 event. Runners will then make their way back into Stirling city centre via the University of Stirling.

Compassion Challenges have five places to give away and are looking for general ballot runners to join the team.

DATE: 29 April 2018

DISTANCE: Marathon (26.2 miles)

LOCATION: Stirling, Scotland

COST: FREE (normally £58 to enter)

FREE: Compassion Challenges running top and plenty of encouragement!

FUNDRAISING TARGET: £500 or 2 children sponsored

AGE: 18 years old and over

CHEER TEAM: If you're more of a cheerer than a runner, then we'd love to have you on our cheer team - a wonderful fun day for all the family!


Whether you want to challenge yourself, be a source of inspiration to others or simply embrace a love of running, the high of crossing the Stirling Scottish Marathon finish line is a feeling you will want to experience.

WHAT YOUR FUNDRAISING WILL ACHIEVE?

All cash raised by the team will help provide dental treatment for children in Brazil.

If we receive more than the required donations to fully fund the dental treatment, we will allocate the excess towards the next most urgent need.
